MITESOL is known for networking at our conference with our annual Friday night reception. We are taking this tradition to the virtual setting with an online “Cocktails & Connections” session. During this session, attendees will hear about the ways they can connect with each other through the MITESOL members directory and our other website features, learn about how MITESOL can assist members with getting published in the MITESOL Journal or Newsletter, explore opportunities to network through our Special Interest Groups, and briefly reflect on the keynote presentation. We will offer breakout rooms for members to connect with each other on topics of interest or to simply unwind with other attendees. We know many of our members work in isolation in their fields and this event allows for a casual opportunity to gather virtually. We cannot wait to see you on Friday night!
