To reserve a hotel shuttle, registrants need to coordinate with the hotel with at least 2 weeks advance notice.

When scheduling, please include the date of the shuttle request, the name of the destination/address, and the times of departure and pick-up.

The shuttle runs from 7:00 A.M. - 10:30 P.M.
