Are you a MITESOL member? Is your MITESOL membership active? 

Please note that your 2025 conference registration does not include MITESOL membership, and you must renew your MITESOL membership separately.

MITESOL Members: are you logged in to the MITESOL website before you register for the conference? 

If you are not logged in as a MITESOL member, you will be registered at the Non-MITESOL Member conference registration rate of $225. Be sure to log in to receive the member discount!

Are you paying for yourself, or is someone else paying for you in a group?

If you are paying for yourself, scroll down and register! We can’t wait to see you at the conference!

Are you paying for a group from your institution? Are you an exhibitor?

If you are paying for a group of individuals or are an exhibitor, please use this Group/Guest Registration Form to receive an invoice from MITESOL. Group registration invoice requests may take up to two weeks to process.

IMPORTANT: 

Registration is non-refundable. By registering for this event, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the MITESOL Code of Conduct.
