Come join us for an engaging webinar focused clear communication in the multilingual classroom across all Interest Sections: K-12, Post-Secondary, and Adult Ed.

Attendees will dives into real world ways to boost connection and family engagement across K–12, adult education, and community learning spaces. We’ll explore simple ways to tweak messages so more families and learners engage and respond. You’ll leave with practical, immediately usable ideas to strengthen communication right away.

Meet Our Presenter:
 

Helen Cohen began her career as a high school history and ELL teacher in a Maine district where 56 languages were spoken. Seeing how many families were excluded from school communication, she co-founded ReachMyTeach, a platform designed to connect schools and families in the languages they speak and on the devices they use.

Since launching ReachMyTeach, she has worked with schools and families across the country, learning what actually works for families and how to make those best practices easy for schools to implement. 

Helen stays connected to the classroom by continuing to teach adult ESOL classes.
