We are excited to be in person once again this year -- and in the West Coast city of Portland! Seats are limited at this year's reception, and we will be implementing a waitlist. The first 16 registrants will be guaranteed a seat at the restaurant, and registrants 17~25 will be put on a waitlist. Each registrant will be notified if they have been put on the waitlist.

Those who are guaranteed a seat must confirm their attendance and meal option by 11:59pm on Monday, March 13th. Anyone who does not will forfeit their seat to someone on the waitlist. (If you are on the waitlist but become eligible for a seat, you will be contacted on Tuesday, March 14th.)

Everyone who joins us this year will get:

• a free dinner (three options available, including one vegetarian option)
• two free drinks

You are welcome to purchase your own cocktails or additional glasses of beer and wine.
