Important:

• Early Bird Registration rates end Tuesday, September 30.

• Standard Registration rates will apply after that. 

Please review these important questions before registering:

Are you a MITESOL member? Is your MITESOL membership active? 

• Conference registration does not include membership. You must renew separately.

• If you are not logged in as a member, you will be charged the Non-Member rate of $225. Be sure to log in to receive your member discount.

Are you paying for yourself, or is someone else paying for you in a group?

• If you are paying for yourself, simply complete your online registration—we can’t wait to see you!

• If you are paying for a group (institutional or exhibitor), please use the Group/Guest Registration Form to request an invoice. Processing may take up to two weeks.

Important Policies

• Registration is non-refundable.
• By registering, you confirm you have read and agreed to the MITESOL Code of Conduct.
